Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were kept very clean with comfy beds, which was wonderful. However, there was a handicap issue and no hot water, which was a downside. The service was top-notch, offering laundry and tours/ticket assistance. The location was very convenient, close to downtown and very close to Sheplers ferry. The dining options were decent, but the oatmeal served with microwaved egg patties was not the best. Overall, the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to Sheplers ferry which was ideal for us. The rooms were well-kept and had comfy beds, great for guests with disabilities. However, the lack of hot water was a downside, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.
